How do I get patches for my DALiM software?

Patch ISOs are available on our FTP site under your log-in in the 'updates' folder. There you will find the current patches and installers for TWiST and DiALOGUE for both Linux and OS X. Please take care to download the ISOs for your SERVERS' OS, not the machine you will be patching from! Blanchard Systems makes newer patch ISOs available for download through its' FTP site roughly every 6-8 weeks. When an ISO has passed our testing regimen and has been certified, we will notify you via e-mail and here on our support site. - Please be advised that you MUST have a current support contract to access patches! - Due to the complex nature of DiALOGUE ES, MiSTRAL and PRiNTEMPO installs, we ask that you contact us to discuss patching your system. | |
