To create a User in the Directory Server, you must have Administrative rights for your User, or log in as the Main (root) user.  First, log into DiALOGUE or WEBLiNK as the Main (root) user, or as a user with Administrative rights, and click on the 'Administrate the Users' icon.  On the Administration page, select the Org Unit and/or Group the User will be created in via the sidebar, if applicable, then double-click on the User icon in the secondary menubar.  You will be prompted for the new User's login name, password, and Role.  When you have entered them, click on the green button to add the User.  The User's login will then appear on the sidebar, where you can select it to enter in additional information such as e-mail address, user color (in DiALOGUE) and other preferences.  Alternatively, the user can enter that information themselves when they log in if they click on the 'Change Preferences' icon in the menubar.
