How to fix a 'Bad Session Key' error
Posted by Charlie Tumminello on 14 July 2010 11:39 AM
Often, if a user has not logged into DiALOGUE in a long time, or there has been a major version change, they will encounter a "Bad Session Key" error.  This is caused by the newer version of DiALOGUE not recognizing the information stored on the remote machine.  To fix this, the user will need to clear their Java cache and restart their browser (check here for that procedure, if needed).  In some cases, the end user will need to delete the cookie that DiALOGUE has set - please refer to the browser-specific documentation for this step.
